FDX-contract improvements next negotiations

5 pages into the thread and it's finally mentioned! Remember all that blather from the YES voters about voting it in now and fixing it later? Pure lip service. The FDA pilots will always suffer because of that attitude and that vote.
Man, I can't believe how fired up this still gets me, and I didn't even bid one.
One thing no one else has mentioned:
A BIG FAT HOURLY PAY RAISE.
We tried to game the system on work rules in the last contract and we got flat out gamed. Let's chase some dollars (per diem + hourly).

And they can keep their Scooby Snacks, coffee, water and a "selection of soft drinks."

I hope everyone is putting these in BIG, BOLD type and forwarding them to their Reps and the NC.
How about:
1. Fixing the mess where you bid training in a block of trips and the entire block disappears. You can only touch the first or last day??? What's up with that??
2. BRING BACK PAPER BIDPACKS
3. Pay for CBT that actually reflects the time it takes to complete it.

Excellent idea!!! Our last "pay raises" aren't pay raises, they're barely cost of living adjustments. THey were a joke!!!

Schedules can move a reserve day from the front or back end of one reserve period to the back end of another reserve period. Some reserve lines can have 3 or 4 reserve periods. For me, that means 3 or 4 more days that I cannot plan to have off when a month begins.

Schedules can only do that one time each month. Still at the beginning of the month, I cannot plan on any day off that is on the end of a reserve period.
