65. It's extremely rare to break guarantee. Just multiply the guarantee by the pay scale, and that's it. No extra pay in the contract except the occasional deadhead to Laredo.

Asia Pacific couldn't fly their way out of a paper bag! How they were allowed to get ETOPS after all their incidents engine failures and mystery "diversions" is stupefying. I know a several other airlines that got ETOPS along with a new type going in less than 6 months. Come on NAC. It's not like you guys haven't done this before. Aloha pioneered 737 ETOPS back in the 1980's and 1990s. Just put some of them on the project, problem solved.
