OK ... new twist here to the 4.a.2.b nonsense ...
In as much as the company frequently uses the, "We've done it this way for "X" months so the CBA permits us to do it indefinitely now" (think DP here), I propose we use the same logic and make 14 R days / 13 flex days a permanent improvement to our working conditions.
Why not use management's twisted logic back at them? I would love to argue this one to an arbitrator myself
