I have two internal recs from a Capt and a very senior FO (11-12 years). I used to work there when I was in college. I even went to see my former manager and I vae talked to another former manager.
Trust me, I'm trying really hard, but no LOVE here either.
So, What can BROWN do for you?
Well, at least call me for an interview.
Cheers,

1000 PIC in a Jetstream? Nice try. At least you tried to gloss over the fact that UPS has zero hiring standards if your a minority. Here's two examples of this. One of our 75 pilots was a right seater on a Jetstream in ORD for 5 months. Yes, I said 5 months. She had a total turbine time of 175 hours. Zero PIC time. She is now a Captain flying z. Another one I trained with was out of flying for over 2 years. She was a sales clerk at a Jeans store. So give me a break. Two totally different standards. We all know it.

[QUOTE=Don Q]Same here JS.

I have always felt that recomendations from new hires carried a lot more weight than recomendations from us senior folk. Can't prove it, but many of us that have been here a while have track records that UPS might not like so much. Even if we are clean, they know that our opinion of them has already been solidified.
Newbies come with no skeletons in the closet and the company is still trying to keep them happy. They realize that they have failed with so many of us, so why waste the capital?
Just a theory though
