The main blocker ST, is now in training, so I guess the company figured that it was safe to resume trades.

Perhaps we could be like every other airline and get paid for your new position once it is awarded to you instead of when you check out. I don't think we would have any problems with swapping or waiting a year and half for training, etc. if you were already on the new pay-rate.
