Think of the Whole Contract for Whole group, not yourself.

Of course, being a chick, hired with UPS under no standards whatsoever, you can't expect much less out of me can you? Trust me....I don't know which way I am going yet but I too am sick of working 2 jobs, I could use the 40K right now and a 10-15K raise every year BUT I don't want to be selfish either.

If we vote against it, the total cost of the contract will simply be reallocated. UPS will not sink any more $$$$ into it. Someone, in your words, will GET SCREWED. Actually, overall, it is a very good contract. Fedex will not get anymore.

Get your facts straight. If you would read everything I write instead of seeing what you want to see in your narrow little mind, you would see that I SAID I DON'T KNOW HOW I AM GOING TO VOTE because I AM NOT JUST LOOKING AT THE MONEY! OK BUTTSTAIN?!?!?!?!?

It's not a bad contract. It underdelivers on many fronts, but it's not a bad contract.
I'm voting yes as it stands now. I've had a change of heart after an extensive reading of the T/A.
