We should NEVER, EVER accept M/U time as a remedy. To have us fight amongst ourselves to get open time trips while further watering down the staffing model is self-defeating. M/U will turn potential draft calls into straight-time and delay hiring. If we accept any M/U as the solution, we will only be extending the effects of 4a2b while reaffirming to the company that they did exactly the "right" thing (from their perspective).

Well, anyway, hope you like the bump in your M/U bank.

Does this mean the arbitrator never has to give his ruling?
I hope not.
In the mean time, I'll go back to dreaming about spending the afternoon with Nakazawa's avatar.

FCIF also indicates that the company is doing it out of the goodness of their hearts pointing out that the exit is one month earlier than required by the settlement agreement. I'm curious as to what the projected SAAM was going to be because I have a sneaking suspicion we are only exiting early because it saves the company money. As in the SAAM for July was going to be higher than the now re-instated min BLGs.
Oh well, still good to be out of 4a2b and get confirmation that some of the rumors are true.
