While everyone needs to vote this on its merits as they see fit
I think a high approval will send a positive message to both company and our union that we are united and believe we have received the best deal our union could negotiate. There will always be things that (that we individually) wish could have been better (higher?? ), but a strong endorsement will help in the future by further empowering our union. Remember, endorsement is only part of the process, it also has to be enforced!

I've seen a lot of posts where they say the Company wants 50%. I don't get that. I know what you mean but I just don't think they care how it passes. They negotiated a contract and they did the best they could, just like Bob and the boys did. I think they're glad it's over too. Now they can get back to their families, playiong golf, and the other business of running the legal department. Could be wrong, but.......
