How many cans go on the main cargo deck? (The UPS 757's have 15 behind the bulkhead) I'm guessing the FedEx conversions might have only 14, if they are the same size. (UPS 757's have a reduced-size crew entry door, and I'm guessing FedEx retains the large passenger door)

I don't think our 757s are exactly same size. I believe UPS paid extra to have the tail section modified to fit in an extra can. At least that's what I heard…

I just caught a glimpse of a new to FedEx 757 at Osaka (KIX). Must be on the way to MEM pretty soon. Did not get close enough to see the tail number.

That's because FedEx has some over-sized pilots. Hell, they even make Fat Bastard look small.
