I now like to make it tougher for that ex-Tiger cleptomaniac captain to get his hands on my stuff again!

BTW - that lost passport you refer to has since been located and returned to the State Dept. Anything I can do to provide a little humor in your life George. <BIG GRIN>

Oh yea, can you quote the part where it says anything about carrying anything on "your person" or did you just make that up?

They could have done this 10 years ago which would have saved more than a few shoulders of old pilots with Rotater Cup problems.

Maybe we all should "Ask Tony" on the other Thread. Sorry Tony I couldn't resist
Especially if they had gone with Jepp Q service, like every business jet operator in the world...

I've heard that too from folks in training.
When it's painted purple... No wait, I guess we don't want to paint them purple!

Sean, I never make anything up.

From FCIF 06-0387(Vital)

Theft of Ids

Please use appropriate measures to contain and secure these items. Keep ID, passports, pilot cert. either on your person or secured in a non-public place. Any item that is left open and in plain view in a vehicle is a target. Criminals assess which cars to break into either by the attire of the individual driving, or by what they can see with in. File a police report for any type of theft, and file an ASR so we can report the theft also to the TSA.
