So are you against the LOA and for a single bidpack that would pay NB rates unless you touch a 767, or are you just trying to find a way to poke at the people who you think got you recalled? People litigate things every day, and surprisingly enough, both sides think they are right. How's that FDA LOA that you supported working out?

Pilot unions don't.

Maybe you should take a look at the Railway Labor Act.

Did you email or call him to let him explain it to you?

I e-mailed my Local Council officers -- I described the response in another post.

I did not e-mail the MEC Chairman. He still hasn't answered my last e-mail to him.

I have not gotten an explanation yet.

That sounds unprofessional of him. He should respond.

I'm glad you brought the issue here so we could also ask for answers.

Not saying I agree, but I do think issues deserve to be aired.

Thank you Tony. I do think questioning your motives is a meaningful contribution, just as you think questioning the MEC's or LEC 22's motives contribute to the 767 LOA dialogue.

I feel your pain. I remember when the MEC was going to vote on whether to end the bridge contract after one year and my block rep wouldn't answer any of my e-mails.

That rep should be held accountable.

"I don't care about the 767 LOA, I'm not going to bid it anyways."
Quote from fellow crewmember when asked if they'd read the LOA yet.
Hope this isn't the normal attitude of those "not going to bid it anyways".
