What would the Senior Guy (who can hold a 767 Line in a single Bid pack) get paid when he conflicted Vacation with a 767 Trip?
What would he get paid if conflicted the 767 trip with his training foot print.......or called in Sick for the 767 Trip, What does the Senior reserve
Pilot get his RLG guarantee at? That is the Problem.

It depends on what you negotiate.
Why would the company give up X hard 767 line in 2 bid packs but not one? Does one bid pack cost them more? Why would they give up paying 767 vacation in 2 bid packs but not one? They are going to pay Y and Z number of 767 Secondary and Reserve lines anyways. Seems to me if the company wanted 1 bid pack they might be willing to pay a little something extra for the flexibility.
As someone asked earlier, I wonder how Delta does it.
