Maybe ATI can put in for it?
Obviously DHL is setting this up the timing so that the transfer can be complete before the holiday rush. My guess is that the deal is already done.
Doesn't the CMI agreement between ABX and DHL for many more planes end early next year? I think it's safe to assume that whoever gets these 4 will also be in line to get the next 20.

I'm not sure the scope applies here if DHL owns the airframes. It would be interesting though..
