He mocks us every day when he wears an ALPA lanyard. It makes me mad, and I'm sure that's why he does it. So, why would a leader intentionally antagonize his employees? What does he get out of that?

They think they are sooo clever and cute, the latest being the black helicopter memo. So WHO is to blame for the secrecy, lack of trust, suspicion and poor relations.
