Profit sharing program is being developed.
$5000 peak season bonus paid last year, expect the same this year,
If you want to work a lot and make the overtime multipliers, there is plenty of opportunity.
If you don't have an hiccups in training, you can be on IOE in 45 days from start of training.
Lots of good guys to work with. Not a place for prima donnas.
