Do tell,
spell it out for me.
No offense but I can't find any positives about the company but we have had a recent flock of people leaving for you guys. I think they must not have done their homework at all or they expect something big out of this amazon deal cause the person who told me to even check this company out seemed to have a pretty erroneous idea of the vale of a job at ati.
I've already decided just from the research i've done in a few hours I'm not even going to apply here cause it is in every way a downward move, but even still give me the reality of life at ati so maybe i can pass it on to other people i encounter thinking about going there.

Its most assuredly a downward move from the left seat of an RJ..
Guys here toped out won't equal a large national's pay. It will never change just read the post by some of the ATI people on here. Take a note to self that those are the people voting on contracts.
All joking aside they come on here and look at hourly rates and thats it. Most incorrectly assume that (x) your (b.u.g.) is what you make.

We are looking at a hiring slowdown. A good portion of this year will be slow since ATSG is pi**ed at us and is trying to shift the growth towards ATI.
I'm starting to believe they really want to get the contract done soon. They're using the growth card aggressively to make us settle for less, but in reality is a race against time for them since they know giving all new airframe arrivals to ATI is gonna create more problems down the road.
Don't worry, nobody is gonna be chaising no carrot in ABX. The union is fairly confy we'll be signing a new contract with 16 days on, and a pay increase across the board. How much? I don't know. Rumors go from 15 to 30% increase. The big holdup right now it's scope.
We're going to have more news on ths single certificate in a few weeks and a final answer mid-May (most likely). Not holding my breath, but if it happens we'll have to start from scratch. There won't be no "blended" payscale with ATI. We have provisions in our contract for mergers. There's no loophole.
Worst case scenario, ATI is brought up to our payscale and we get zero pay rise. Best case scenario, we all get ABX+30%. I don't know what the SLI would look like, but DOH would seem like the quicker way to go.

ISL?
Everything is integration based now. It tends to make both parties equally PO'ed. I.E. Atlas/Polar ATI/Capital
The goal is to have "relative seniority" unchanged post integration.
Thanks to a board member here I have ATI's CBA and its fairly weak they would probably rally to get onto ABX+30%
