Interviewing 6-8 a week to keep the pool filled.

Approximately 1000 apps on file, and will periodically open the
online window to keep the pile fresh.

Six more 767-300's tails this year. (This seems rather ambitious to me). All will be in Amazon paint and one will be a ATI spare (395CM). Another -300 might come before the end of year, but not definite. A 767-200 will also come out of heavy MX. This will be flown in the Amazon network and replace a -200 currently in the AZ network making it another spare tail. Even though this is an even swap and not an additional tail, I mention it because up until now ATI has been operating without a single spare aircraft and it has hurt us by having to contract replacement lift when we break.

I hope this helps,

FAJ
Is newhire training for ATI done in ILN?

You're already enamored with our CBA. Just apply for the job and you can fill out the survey first hand! Oh, wait, besides all that other stuff, we don't want you, either. Our "modest" pay raise proposals are too much for ya.

Most of it is done in ILN. Once done with the usual ground school stuff, simulators may be in other locations based on availability. Currently ILN, LAS, DFW. I've heard MIA and PHX are options as well for sims.

oh seven-0, had you pegged Tacamo, now guessing AF. Too many long nights and warped humor.

All our BS aside. I really hope you guys try to compare or better Kalitta. Contracts effect the entire job market. You people have taken it on the chin for too long. That hurt us all but its water under the bridge. Kalitta stole second, Atlas is injured, so you guys are up to bat. Kalitta and yourselves will set a the standard. You'd better support and communicate w/ your negotiators. My guess is they are developing another target this being the second survey. Its a good sign too.

Doing what we do kept the company alive and growing all the while fighting to get you and everyone that was furloughed back. I took the recall when offered, did you turn down your recall offer once or twice? Stop the tears.
