I do agree with the 2005 mistakes in 2015 point. No need to do that. If we all get on same page some tyranny may be avoided in the form of airplanes sitting on the ground until a couple HR dept's change.

No big changes, except that attrition is getting worse with a bunch of people leaving SAI, going to Western Global. Why? Probably because it's worse at SAI, as there is no upward movement, there are no contracts other than DHL, and a number of other issues - like Florida West. Says a mouthful about the current management at SAI, which is being seen as worse than when the Neff's owned it.
How does changes in HR affect anything? Problems are much higher than that.

HR is usually not something that the flight crews deal with that often.
Are you saying that you have had difficulties with them? What "attitude" is that? You haven't even interviewed with them yet.
To get hired at SAI all that is required is that you can fog a mirror and have a pulse. They are just not that selective. What's the problem? I'm interested, you have me intrigued. This might be insightful to things going on behind the scenes that current employees don't often see.
