Dont know why you're so bitter. This is an entry level job into an Aviation career. Sorry you haven't moved on but you shouldn't take it out on others on your ramp.
We have guys that will be in the left seat of a 767 after one year in April. People complain about the pay but its either here or start in an RJ somewhere. Got hired with "Just" ATP mins and should be able to put in with a Maj late 17-18... ATI wasn't/isnt a bad move.
Not only that were are spooling up the hiring in January.

I have no complaints about the two instructors I have seen. They are interested in seeing you succeed. The CRM class was easily the best, most worthwhile CRM training I have ever been through. Based on previous experiences with CRM training, I expected to have a tough time staying awake. But this one was well-presented and interesting.

To go back and answer the first part of your question, what to expect is nothing out of the ordinary. The first day was administrative, and the next six were company indoc type stuff. Aircraft systems will fill out the rest of the time.

That's great! They really cast a shadow over there for a long time.
