Well things are looking promising. We finally have a TA that is going through the final hoops before being presented to us.

If things go well we should get to vote on it soon and if voted in, implemented shortly thereafter.

There might actually be light at the end of the tunnel.

Well, it looks like “Atlas” let us vote. Lol. TA passed the 1224 executive board and is on to the Airline Division for review before its sent to us for a vote. Expecting full TA language released to the pilot group next week.

Now is the Time?

I’ve been watching your companies progress and am considering applying. Hopefully most of the drama will be behind you guys.
Could a flight crew member from Omni PM regarding the flights from LAS to HNL? Thanks.

From the document I've seen, looks mostly like compensation gains. The 401K stayed a matching program, just at a higher percentage, rather than a direct contribution by the company, like the legacies and even Spirit.

What are the odds it'll pass?

How many think that if there's a no vote that they'll offer more in a second attempt?

I’m guessing the yes vote will be in the 90 something percentile.

It would definitely be nice to get some kind of rig, fewer days worked, and defined contribution, but doesn’t look like that’s gonna happen this time around.

Business class and better health care are a couple of the other gets.

You don’t think the pilot group voting no would influence getting rig, fewer days worked etc?

I think it could, but since everyone is high-fiving over the gains I doubt that we’ll get to find out.

Fair enough.

Congratulations to the Omni pilot group. Sounds like you guys secured some impressive gains, from what I’ve heard.
