The money sounds nice... the pace and having to live in base sounds terrible. Choose the one you like more. Noone is going to force you (or anyone) to work for an ACMI. However, some of us like the lifestyle, degree of freedom, and work we do.

SWA newbie (6 months) commuter, 22 Days off in Feb (with 6 days VAC), 19 in Mar. My last 3 day was commutable on both sides. Living in base is desirable but not mandatory with good commuter policy. As far as the pace is concerned, I haven't flown more than 3 legs in a day but a couple times. Typically 2-3 daily. Just throwing info out there, it's great you enjoy your current situation but it isn't for everyone. Variety and options are good. Sorry for the drift, I was just bored, down a rabbit hole reading APC.

For rough numbers you're going to need a minimum if 3000 TT and 1000 PIC (the PIC is a hard minimum). The numbers will adjust upward depending on the quality of applicants they're getting if and when the TA passes.
