If getting a job, ANYWHERE, is the goal.....who cares what or how they ask(as long as it is legal), just suck it up and play the game. If you don't like it, you just walk. So, to post on a web forum and contribute to an already convoluted and contentious atmosphere and furthermore to perpetuate infighting between union members is.....how do I put it......."mean spirited". And fyi, I'm Atlas....isn't Soaper at ABX?

PRIA requires that a hiring air carrier under 14 CFR parts 121 and 135, or a hiring air operator under 14 CFR part 125, request, receive, and evaluate certain information concerning a pilot/applicant’s training, experience, qualification, and safety background, before allowing that individual to begin service as a pilot with their company.
Maybe that was your problem.

PRIA requires that a hiring air carrier under 14 CFR parts 121 and 135, or a hiring air operator under 14 CFR part 125, request, receive, and evaluate certain information concerning a pilot/applicant’s training, experience, qualification, and safety background, before allowing that individual to begin service as a pilot with their company.
Maybe that was your problem.
