I'm entitled to my opinion, whether it's popular or not. As far as Ford and Harrison go, only name I was familiar with until someone posted that was the actor. Both sides have lawyers, that's how business works.

One is certainly entitled to his opinion. A little discretion goes a long way, as does enough professionalism to know when not to share that opinion, and when to keep one's mouth shut.

They aren’t hired as a law firm. They’re union busters, plain & simple. “Management Labor relations specialists.” They’re union busters. Dealt with them before.

send your opinions and ideas to you union reps, not here to the company and F&H.

Would anyone be able to give some general insight for someone who is comparing Omni to Atlas? General consensus in the past seems to be that Omni has a more relaxed schedule but both jobs are solid. Can anyone expand on that or correct me?

Haven't been able to find anywhere that says they're union busters. Sounds like one of the many hysterical rumors people that work here like to float to get others worked up.

Atlas has more long term stability, but Omni does things no other airline in the world can do on a moments notice. Omni has true home basing, Atlas does not. You’ll work more per month and per day at Atlas then Omni. You’d earn more money at Atlas then Omni but you will work for it, Omni has substandard retirement, for now, this will change when the new contract is done however all signs point to a bit of a wait for that. To be perfectly honest if you don’t live in a major’s base and you think Omni will last until you retire you will not find a 121 with a better quality of life then Omni. But there are parts of the contract that need to be brought up to new industry standards.

And you are correct Omni has a much more relaxed schedule. Atlas has an AMC base that is know for its good schedules, that’s the entire company at Omni especially on the 767.

Jerry Glass from FH is perhaps the most famous airline union buster in the whole country. He is involved in almost all high profile contract arbitration cases. And his name is the first to be thrown out when airline wants to screw their pilots and get concessions.

What's our AMC base known for good schedules?
