I don't work there but I have friends that do and I hang out at the same airports and hotels as they do so we talk often. Glad I got away from that place.

Management at this company wants its aircraft staffed 100% and not a single trip lost due to lack of crews. Any furlough would be a direct impact on the profit at this company.

I didn't just make up the furlough thing. I heard it from a number of USA Jet pilots that do work there. They were speculating, which is why it's called a rumor and not a fact. I like USA Jet. I enjoyed my time there. The only bad thing I have to say about the place is they have a history of furloughing anytime things get turbulent. Hopefully the new ownership has a different philosophy on the issue and doesnt furlough. I wish you guys all the best.
