they put a final date on them so now guys in various stages of interview process with other companies wont have as solid of a backup plan. I don't think its going to slow the wave one bit personally all of our fos and at least half the captains are looking hard at other jobs right now. I haven't looked at the board lately but we cant be far from being properly staffed again after this last wave of guys left

Word on the street is furloughs on Friday.

Six..we were overstaffed by six guys? Honestly I don't think that is a number worth furloughing. Six guys will probably quit in the next two months. And I'd be very surprised if any of those affected even answer the phone when this happens. We had two guys flying on their day off the day of the furlough. Perfect just perfect.

Well you can always take the old stance of no till till everyone is recalled. Don't think the senior citizens will follow but ya never know. Nasty and funny notes in cockpit help too.
