The real question is where have Riverside & Archer gone? I just wasted 20 minutes of my life reading through this thread, and you could cut the sexual tension between them with a knife. I was really enjoying the 'will they/won't they' dramatics until now.. did they get banned?

Upgrade!? How about you sit right seat for a couple years and IF they choose to upgrade you, you're paid at first year Capt rates.
I hear health insurance costs less for coal miners if you have a family and check the beds for bed bugs at the stellar layover hotels.
But it'll be worth it because they're getting 757s!

Well when you see the last two post get deleted from Ooo, the company is trying to hide something here. From my understanding, this is what I hear: Management does not put anything in writing, especially pay scales so they can have the power to back out of any promises they give the pilots. Florida is a fire at will state and the company uses that to their advantage. Secondly, I didn't know Lodge of the Ozarks or La Quintas in Branson are counted as "IHG or Hilton Product Hotels". It's a complete lie, they will stick you in the cheapest hotel they can find. If you have a family and want medical insurance forget about it, a quarter of the salary will go towards covering your family. This company is known for a whole bunch of promises, but none of them ever get delivered. If there is promises that are delivered it's only half way. Example: Raises! If you have been an FO for 4 years and upgrade, you will not receive 4 year Captain pay, you will be given First Year Captain Pay. What Airline does that? In Conclusion Stay Away!!!

Damn you got me there Comcrap, we are the same person using two separate profiles. My contact in your workplace? My contacts are smart enough not to work for your lying arrogant ass. All I hear everytime I run into your pilot group is complaining about how unethical this place really is. Again let me emphasize: the schedule is a 7 on 7on schedule, there is a divide between the pilot group and management because the pilot group is getting tired of getting lied to, ****ty hotels to make management more money, horrible benefits, No major CAAS agreements to Jumpseat anywhere etc. Also never knowing your schedule, can't bid trips etc. and if you are really naughty, you might even get downgraded. I wonder why they don't want unions, they want all the power.
