These are the classes for 2018 that we know about so far:

Jan 3: 28-747
Jan 8: 8-767
Jan 22: 28-747
Jan 29: 8-767
Feb 12: 28-747
Feb 19: 13-767

This is subject to change. For instance, I believe that the Jan 29 class has actually been cancelled.

So all 3 classes on the 74 are full with 28 people? So all the people will be assigned to the 76 or have to wait a while for the 76?

That is the company's target. However, doubtful that they will be achieving those numbers.

I'd have your phone handy. They fill these classes and then people don't show for a variety of reasons. There's a good chance you'd get a call for a last minute date even if they haven't contacted you yet.

Except ... Why on Earth would anyone want to work at Atlas these days?? Have people not been reading all of the horror stories posted here?

Bigger Shiny Jet Syndrome

They will get to brag to all their friends they fly a bigger shiny jet...and forget to tell them they do it for 50% less than they should be paid

Get to brag one of the lowest paid in the industry. Gone the most. And one of the few that will not get to vote in his own contract. Instead the company will decide what’s good enough.

I've worked at a regional for a few years now. If you only went by what the APF thread says, we should have gone bankrupt and lost all of our flying 10 years ago. Literally every day is the end of the world. These forums are a small group of people posting the worst case scenario. 90% of the people working at these airlines don't lurk these threads and can give you a completely different viewpoint. From someone who has been on all kinds of online forums for the past decade, you take them with a grain of salt. There's real info here but there's also hyperbole.

I don't think you are fully grasping the situation at Altas. New hires on the 767 are making around 50k first year, and are often gone 17 or more days per month. 2nd year pay is a $4 raise. There are roughly 1600 pilots so do the simple math on expected upgrade times hired now as the 1601st pilot. It is literally BETTER to stay at a Regional in most cases for QOL and pay than to come to Atlas as a "stepping stone." So, hyperbole n stuff, but the numbers don't lie.

Here's a question for you:

Would you come work at Atlas if I could guarantee you getting hired straight into the captain's seat of a 747 and then making ten thousand dollars a month every month that you are here??

Answer honestly.
