As far as the Multi stuff, VMC Factors? and what else were they drilling you on as far as multi? Also, any other big things that weren't on the gouges including the written if you wouldn't mind? I'm really looking to do well and getting the chance to work for them!

Thanks for the Tip! When is your training date the 16th?

I don't recall that they asked me much outside these gouges. The gouges are pretty accurate, but just to recap: Make sure you can explain VMC factors, aerodynamics, engine failures in a twin (recoveries), systems in the twin you have most time in (engines, landing gear,...etc). Then they will hit you with the standard instrument stuff. They will pull out jepp low enroute chart and an approach plate and go "what's this, what's that?".
All in all, it's not too bad, make sure you're ready, relax, and you'll be fine. They are really focused on the situational decision making, so use common sense.
Good luck.

Nine days or so in Seattle for sims at Flight Safety. In house instructors.
Expect one day to two weeks between the two.

No problem. You're double occupancy in CLE, single occupancy in SEA. Paid minimum guarantee the entire time. Weekends off in CLE.
Study hard in Cleveland, but rent a car and go out in Seattle. There's very little around the hotel and FSI, but a ton of stuff to see. My sim partner and I went to Ranier, downtown, a couple games, had some awesome seafood, the Museum of Flight, and still had plenty of time to sleep and do well in sims.
For all the faults of this place, you're paid and housed in training and the instructors in the sims are top notch.
