No problem. You're double occupancy in CLE, single occupancy in SEA. Paid minimum guarantee the entire time. Weekends off in CLE.
Study hard in Cleveland, but rent a car and go out in Seattle. There's very little around the hotel and FSI, but a ton of stuff to see. My sim partner and I went to Ranier, downtown, a couple games, had some awesome seafood, the Museum of Flight, and still had plenty of time to sleep and do well in sims.
For all the faults of this place, you're paid and housed in training and the instructors in the sims are top notch.

Name me One DASH-8 operator in the US who doesn't pay you or house you while in Training?

Typical. You'll jump right in the first lesson. Unless it's changed you do one of the first lessons in the 300 to 'qualify' you. Lesson four is where you really get hit with the harder stuff. Lesson seven I think is the practice checkride, eight is a LOFT, nine is the checkride.
In Seattle, no problem. The sim is old and well used but it handles well and has minimum sim-isms from what I noticed. The sim in Atlanta, on the other hand, is absolutely worthless.
I thought the sim was easier than the two other types I've done. Very to the point with extraneous info saved for the LOFT and IOE.

Ok what is this Many other airlines you speak of IIRC only Great Lakes comes to mind. Not trying to argue if you choose to educate me on what airlines don't have the decency to at least do that for New Hires Ill am ready to learn.
