Might be quick transition, i heard from previous posts that the dashes will be phased out between 2017 and 2018. For now the jets are in IAD, rumor has it that EWR will get some next year.

I think thats a valid bet, August sent a extra 5-7 guys to the Dash.
September and October we lose 5-6 Dash FO's to the ERJ.
Still leaves us fat on FO's for the Dash.
