Yeah I totally agree with you that they have made it. But it seems (my personal conspiracy theory) they are metering them.

Anyways.... The Aviate program appears to be like every other aviation hiring program....fickle.

have you ever thought that the chair flying part of the interview is simply to prove that you can study and are willing to put in the effort to succeed? There are numerous stories of people in the CPP going to United and not even trying in training and feeling like they deserve a spot on the line. Marking people demonstrate they are able/willing to learn something new is needed.
