Still an underwhelming contract compared to Endeavor and Republic and is why I absolutely voted NO.

And it shows, because there were only THREE new hires in a recent class.

Our reps could have gotten a lot better than this, in what is the best negotiating period for pilots in the history of the airlines

How is it underwhelming?

Have you talked to the training department as to why there was only 3 or maybe recruiting?

Maybe it’s because the contract didn’t come out when they got hired. And also the company is trying to hold on to LCPS so that when our April classes role around we can manage our 65 a month.

This stuff doesn’t happen over night man

You need to be drug tested if you think C5 is going o pull a class of 65. The airline and training dept was trash and the new contract isn't an improvement from the old minus the money. You still can get 6 days of an 8 hour airport standby. There is a reason people are bailing from C5 o go to anywhere else, including other regionals. The people I worked o the line with will there were all good people but beyond that, the place is a dumpster fire.

Gotcha. Good to see that's changed for the better.

As long as one's happy with buying tickets to work with the $100 to $700 per month that they'll get. That'll go far...

Good god niner… go back to the endeavor forums. Everywhere you can be. Must be lonely at night.

Log time lurker, but I actually have a question of my own now. As my username says, I have just a little north of 1200TT and I am looking at airlines to apply to. Is there a place I can view the new pilot payscales? I can only find years 1 and 2 for the left and right seat. My end goal is UA, so I was thinking Commutair might be a good place to start my 121 career.

Thank you!

Long time lurker on these forums, but I actually have some questions now so I figured I better sign up. As my name suggests I am currently just north of 1200TT working as a CFI and trying to make some decisions about which airlines I want to apply to when I get closer to my ATP mins.

Is there a place to view the full new pilot pay scale for Commutair? I have found mentions of first and second year pay for both seats and like what I see there, but can't find anything beyond that. Seems like all the other regionals post their scales on their APC profile page, which has been very convenient.

Thank you!
