I don’t understand why you all can’t see the cues. Dixie has tried to squash CZ twice since 2018. The Dixie flying WILL end soon. The reason why you haven’t been squashed is because TSH didn’t give you up for peanuts. You should really be thankful to the bean counters at TSH. Your contract IMHO will not be renewed with Dixie. Dixie does not want to pay for a new operating certificate for 9E to fly your jets. It was supposed to be “buy CZ for peanuts, merge with 9E and apply for a certificate name augmentation.” That means IMHO, when the contract agreement is up, the ol brickyard will get your Dixie jets now. So plan accordingly

Bitter much? I guess we’ll fly for United instead. Meanwhile you can hold down the DC flying for a while since the DGI seems to be working so well. BTW aren’t you supposed to tow party line as a 9E Chief?

Lmao. I don’t do rhetoric sir. I do however genuinely care about our craft so I post what I hear about or opine.

I have the eet ground training in lax later this week. The email was lean on details. Does the hotel charge us to park? Do we need to bring our ipads?

They sent out an email explaining how to get the parking paid for, and no you do not need your iPad.

The gist of parking I believe is you go and they’ll give you a voucher for the parking...my class opted for the hotel bar after, then the pool.

2550 posts in this thread and I think I can give this post the “most annoying to read” award

Sir? ;)

Honestly, based on how CPs mx/ performance has been I don’t think anyone here thinks Dixie is going to renew.

I actually do. Because it's crazy, but regionals are crazy.
I think cost will prevail in the end and we're cheaper than the other guys. The Mesa model! But, who knows. If we go byebye for DL, it won't be the crews fault. It will be on MX and TSH, unfortunately.

If the jets don't end up in the desert, they will have the same issues for the new owner, however they may be willing to pour some dollars into refurbishment and preventative MX...

As in what way? Delta doesn’t give a rats ass about money. This ain’t United or American. They know performance equals more profit and compass ain’t fitting that model.
