Does anyone know if they've started calling/emailing for interviews again? I know they're working their way through the pilot pool as of right now. Just got my app in several weeks ago, so just curious if invites have begun. Thanks!

Those in charge of hiring said August. Not sure exactly when in August though.

I know that the lady who does most of the pilot recruiting was at a job fair last Friday in Vegas, so they are already pursuing outside of the pool..

Hey guys-
Rumors are rumors, what I appreciate is when I read someone who has numbers to show, something concrete.
So, just to rehash things... did I read correctly that Compass is hiring over 150 pilots by next May? The reason I ask is because I'm in the pool.

Yes, I have heard 140 to 180 new hires and 135 upgrades through next spring.

Yeah I saw they were/are attending ACS and OBAP. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend either of these job fairs. Guess I'll have to cross my fingers on the airlinesapps application for now and hope 3650TT, 1000 turbine, 600 TPIC will be enough to get noticed. Thanks again for the info though!

I don't know if it helps, but I was 60 ish I'm the pool and got a confirmed 9/12 class date with the possibility of 9/5. There's my contribution. :P
