Ahh didn't even know you could see the seniority list on Flica. We are going to be overstaffed like crazy on the FO side for a few months until things even out with flows and upgrades

I'd love to see that reflected on our reserve grid. Oh, to have options. I've forgotten what that's like. :D

Or something like that. It always goes both ways, but I'm guessing the flow letters weren't in hand at the time your friend was hired.
