Currently on par. Likely a raise when the new CBA is revealed.

So with SKW having an adjustment in 2015 to match the second lowest DCI operator, do you guys think Delta will not influence you guys getting a better contract now? I know that Pinnacle and GoJet are out there with low contracts.

Pinnacle is still more expensive. And its up to an arbitrator, not Delta.

More expensive than who?

Than Compass and Gojet. Even if Compass isn't cheaper their costs are not much different than Endeavor, and will only go down once the flow starts.

Firstly, I don't think Compass has that requirement in their ASA. But, I could be wrong.

Secondly, longevity will drop a fair amount (thus costs) due to flow.

There isn't that requirement because they already were cheapest now second with Gojet. Delta used Compass as there goal with Pinnacle for costs.

I think folks are missing the point, if cost per flight segment rise for a DCI career at the bottom of the crowd the. The more wiggle room SKW will have, not saying that compass will get the adjustment but rather that others will be adjusted due to compass. I know longevity will be lowered but not by much as compass doesn't have a long longevity and some of the contract improvements talked around here would surpass the longevity adjustment. Please don't take this as Compass to take paycuts but rather would Delta pressure compass management to not improve the contract due to the 2015 adjustments and while other carriers are being asked for cuts.

That makes sense but like I said it is up to an arbitrator at this point pretty much. 1 more day of negotiating I believe then he decides on what couldn't be agreed upon with management going off of what is industry standard, and I THINK Endeavor is not a part of the list to compare against. Regardless our contract negotiations are different being that we have to have a contract by this week and if we can't agree an arbitrator does for us, nothing management or we can do about it unless we mutually argee on all open sections/issues. I don't think we would be in too much of a position that Delta will notice if we get a little bit of improvements ( our negotiations have a set number of "issues" that can be changed, everything else will be status quo). Bigger fish to fry with Skywest/XJT, and other reasons IMO that they won't notice.
