Compass updates
#3151
Can any Compass Pilots here give me an idea how long it takes to hear from someone at Compass once you have submitted an app? It's been a month and I have heard nothing. I have previous Part 121 time including 121 PIC time- and a College degree in case someone was going to ask that.
I even met with Compass folks at a Job Fair in January.
I would really like to fly at Compass. Thank You in advance!

I know that the flow with delta includes 315 of the 450 or so pilots, but does anyone know how what the seniority of the most junior delta flow through pilot is. Im just wondering after the flow through number stopped what are the date of hires.
Also does anyone have highlights of the new contract, I have looked back through this thread and only found a 1.25% pay increase and a change in health insurance.

I'm going to guess we are going to be a 450 to 460 pilot airline.
People who are not flow eligible are now upgrading...into LAX

Last Delta flow eligible pilots were hired 8/2010. There are about 315 on property today. Leaving at the rate of 20/month starting in March.

He left out a few.
Increased vacation credit (up from 3 to 3.25)
Attached day off concept (turns 6 days into 7 and 7 into 8)
Increased sick accrual
Increased training pay (3:30 to 4)
Numerous reserve improvements (bidding for RAP periods, all open time flying paid on top of guarantee, long call, ability to bypass a trip on your last day, few others I can't come up with off hand)
3 per diem steps topping out at $1.95
Bid for training
It wasn't whole sale changes, just small adjustments. Operating under an LOA that limited negotiations to 330 days total.

Exactly. FL410, keep in mind that most of these issues were decided by an arbitrator who was weighing company and ALPA proposals against 'industry standard' as defined in the arbitration process.

With 300 pilots out 500 leaving how can they maintain current staffing moving forward? Won't upgrades stop if they run short of FOs?
