Try 3-6 months. Flows will happen again Jan of next year too. They started hiring in July last year for flows Jan of this year.

Ya, I think its 4 per class until July then back to the 8-10 until Feb 2015.

That has info we already know. He was asking about letters getting delivered to the pilots saying they will be flowing. The class dates/ sizes are contractual, as far as when the flows will go, but that spreadsheet is a little off with those. Good info though but doesn't really pertain to the question asked.
