Went back a few months and did not find anything . How about some highlights.

Very basic....

Small yearly pay increase
1.65/hr perdiem (with further increases after 2 years)
4.0 hours min day (includes 24 hour overnights with no duty)
Deadhead pay now 80% (increases again after 3 years)
Minimum 12 days off for 31 day bid period (11 for 30 day bid)
Long Call Reserve System
Pilots able to bid for vacation
Out-of-domicile Parking paid by company now
Sick Bank accrual rate increase
Increase in sick pay
Vacation Credit Increase

Health care plans now more expensive for pilots

Bid for training

Didn't our 401k go down from a half match up to 6% to a half match to 4%? Someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

Yea, 401k and health insurance is apparently what we took a hit on. Although I thought it went from max half match of 8% down to 6%.

Upgrades up to 2012 hires. 30 more and we're into 2013.
