The company email said the first plane shows up on property Feb. 2015. No set delivery schedule yet. Nothing's been said, as far as I've seen, about more sim time or where it will be.

Good question.

When is the bubble going to burst? Will there ever be a significant pay increase, especially after the new ATP rules hit? I mean, the incentive is just not there anymore to spend $100k+ to come up through the civilian pilot ranks to get paid $25k/year. Something has to give.

AA bought sim time with the aircraft, I'm sure they just sold it to Compass with the aircraft.

Ya d00d. Don't know how many fellow FOs at other regionals I've spoken with who are trying to come over. Staffing won't be an issue for Compass. Retention for other carriers... that's a different deal.

How long does it take compass to call after an application is submitted?I applied 4 weeks ago and have not heard anything. was wondering if I should just move on and look for a job somewhere else or just wait.I really want to work for compass. They are number 1 on my list.

I'm really curious what delta is going to do with the guaranteed interview process now. Sounds like they won't offer it anymore now that compass is flying for a competitor. They are struggling to keep endeavor alive and I'm sure this won't help them so they will have to do something to get more guys to go to endeavor.

At the job fair they told me no thanks, we like experienced pilots.
Not sure if they are going to consider 1500 h pilots with no prior 121/135.
The sad part is this flying was supposed to go to envoy!

The 35% in the DALPA CBA is all Endeavor now, but my guess is they still interview you guys as Delta needs thousands of more pilots than 9E will ever be able to give them.
