What's going on with all the hiring of restricted ATPs Compass is doing? Isn't that a direct violation of our 1500hr contractual mins? I havn't heard anything about the union coming to an agreement with the company about this. Management seems to just be doing whatever they feel like lately and not caring one bit what the CBA has to say about it.

Isn't Compass owned by Hulas now, because that would explain everything...

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm new to the forums here and I have an upcoming interview with Compass.
I'm surprised that they actually called me for an interview as I have a little over 1,000TT and 60Multi. However, I do qualify for the RATP and the recruiter said that Compass will be accepting it soon because they cannot afford to lose too many people to Skywest or Express (His exact words).
Anyway, I'm a little worried about my interview (I guess that's normal right?). But I have no 121 experience and I have very limited knowledge on jet engines ect. I have passed my ATP written, but I used sheppard air so it's not like I learned too much from that. I have been reading several interview gouges for Compass and have found that most of them talk about the 3 computer tests that you have to take and pass. The one that is stressing me out is the knowledge one. Apparently it is 60 questions in 60 minutes and you do not get the aid of a calculator.
I was wondering if anyone could lend some advice on the interview, or offer some examples of the best ways to prepare for it? Best texts to study ect. I really want to do well and I really would like to get offered a job at Compass. They seem to be (in my opinion) one of the best regionals (if not the best) to currently work for.
Thanks!

I'm just curious, does anyone know anybody that has actually failed the knowledge test and/or the other two tests?
