I bet MW took a delay when he tried to take off single engine. Maybe he should use his past experiences as learning/teaching opportunities.
But seriously, it was pretty low of him to chastise a crew for going around and causing an arrival delay. They weren't stable, they had to go around.

How MW is still in the airlines, let alone in charge of one, is beyond frightening. That POS has no business anywhere near a 121 operation. The man has a complete disregard for safety. It's a miracle he hasn't caused anyone's death yet. I've heard stories about this guy that are appalling. Not only is he a liar, he is an overall bad human being. The FAA needs to get that incompetent clown out of his position before he truly does cause something tragic.

CPZ quite possibly has the most conservative criteria for a mandatory go-around. If you push up the standard near double what other places do, you can't then cry about higher icedences of them.

Yup it actually is a pretty safe culture. Most new captains around here are extremely conservative because they are new. As for your point about the "boss", there is no one that I know that takes MWs "advice" seriously. So yes, nothing to see here.
