I heard from a buddy who was within a class or two of the guy-who-was-a-class-of-one in the May to June timeframe in MSP.

Occasionally people ask about MSP as a new hire. Many junior FOs still in training got awarded MSP today. The two most junior were hired 6/11/15

Upgrade train may be slowing....out of 30 slots only 2 guys more junior to the most junior captain award on June 19th were awarded upgrade this time around

Doubtful. It'll go more junior as it always does. Same happened in May for one vacancy. The second September upgrade bid will go way junior.
