Drive by post here: any suggestions on hiring and how someone might be able to put in a rec from DAL? And is that considered internal or external? I'd guess the latter.

Just spoke to Dianna, (pilot rec.)
She said, only 42 hired this year, and that is it for now. But, can change id Delta gives them more flying. The pilot app has repened February 15 and will close March 26. Thats all I have. And lines in DTW reduced for April/May , but will pick up in June and July, most flying out of MSP.

Good question. Not yet for me for what it's worth. But then again, my stuff has only been in for a handful of business days...

I would like to help you but you have just experienced life here at Compass. no one ever answers their phone or emails here.

It is amazing when we call CS or dispatch and we actually get someone to answer.

Yes we have days here when we are flying the line we can not get ahold of SOC. I have taken 30+ minute delays trying to get someone to fix a release issue.

I will say since they have moved to MSP things are a bit better.

But Good luck getting ahold of the CP on duty or HR.
