Just a general question that I have not found the answer to within a few pages back.

What kind of offer are new hires receiving in regards to getting hired at Delta? I know there is an ongoing flow, but my understanding is it ends this year, or does it?

Someone stated Delta may extend a program similar to Endeavor's SSP program, but I can find facts on that.

Thanks!

The flow ended when CP was sold to TSH. The last flow eligible pilots leave this year. There is no written agreement between CP and Delta for preferential hiring or interviewing. It's all rumor until something comes out in writing.

Whether or not it will be honored or holds any validity, here is what Compass provided to me when I asked to see the guaranteed interview policy:

Guaranteed Interview Program
Delta Air Lines Requirements
Delta Air Lines, Inc. will offer competitive candidates a guaranteed pilot interview provided the candidate has met the following requirements:
· Candidate was hired by a Delta connection carrier using a high standard testing protocol. This testing protocol will be evaluated periodically by Delta Air Lines, Inc. to ensure its efficacy.

· Candidate has signed a release permitting Delta Air Lines access to all work records on file at Compass Airlines.

· Candidate must receive a recommendation from Compass Airlines management.

· Candidate meets all current Delta Air Lines pilot hiring requirements.

Compass Airlines Requirements
· Candidate has been a pilot at Compass Airlines for a minimum of three years.

· Candidate maintains a solid employment record during his/her employment at Compass Airlines.

Additionally, competitive candidates will be considered in order of seniority after the most junior flow pilot has been offered an opportunity to flow.

Interesting use of the word "competitive."

Recent interview calls

Hello I've been reading through this forum and overall compass seems like a great place to work for a regional.I currently work for another regional atlanta based and were trying to make it back out west closer to family. I have an atp, 550 hours sic crj time. 4 year degree etc. no training issues. I have had my app in for about 1.5 months and I haven't heard anything. Anyone here get a recent call or have any pointers on getting an interview call.Any help is greatly appreciated.

Highly doubt this sticks with Compass doing the AA flying now... Delta most likely will conveniently 'forget' all about this.
