What has been the average waiting time between receiving a conditional job offer the day of your interview to coming back to MSP for one day of orientation?

Compass for sure, a big storm is on the horizon for Skywest. They have the most expensive labor, a fleet that has 75% 50 seaters, all while trying to keep their head above water with Express Jet taking it under. They were the only airline to lose money this last year.

This guy has no idea what he's talking about. Storm on the way at Skywest? PSA has the best non-rev benefits? I have 5 different majors to chose from when I non-rev.

Yes, and they all charge you $75-$150 per year, meaning you're technically paying $500+ a year to have "free flight benefits"

Word302 have you ever bumped a mainline pilot off his own equipment?

Nope. Have you ever tried to get your family somewhere and had the choice between
AA, DL, US, AS, or UA?
