Latest seniority list had about 510 non-flow pilots on it through March. We should be hiring up to 650, so about 140 to go. I would say close to 10 every week through June, at a minimum, and then 5 a week until we reach 650. Add 1-2/weekly to the hiring numbers to account for additional attrition which has been steadily increasing. A pilot hired April 1 should settle at 75% by the end of the fall after the last AA birds arrive and likely higher due to other attrition. Subtract 5% from that every month after, that it takes you to start.
Those with 1000 hours will upgrade almost immediately, while those with 0 121 time are looking at 2-3 year upgrades at a minimum, possibly longer. Unless something changes of course.
