What are the chances of new-hire getting SEA right out of training?

The same as they were 3 days ago and 4 pages ago in post 6671. If new hires are getting it out of training, I'd say that makes for approximately 100% at the moment.

Yes, employee parking is near parking lot C. My biggest gripe about LAX parking...you need a new parking pass every month! Though, the crew room guys are awesome and normally have passes available a few months in advance.

As a new hire, how does it work for getting assigned a base? Do you bid for a base or do they just assign you one?

Just like with everywhere else, you'll bid for your desired base. The diff with Compass is that you most likely won't have any issues getting LAX or SEA. You may have to wait 3-4 months to get MSP.

Does Compass have RNO or SMF overnights?

How do I get my hands on a sample bid packet to see how all this works?

Default LAX crashpad

Hey everyone. I'm looking into starting up a crashpad for May 01. Just wanted to test the demand.
Stats.
Single family home 10-15 min from LAX airport parking. Nice neighborhood. Cold bunks, Pool, hot tub, movie projector, flatscreen tv, cable, wi-fi, laundry, outdoor games, etc.
Personal cars are discouraged. Courtesy car provided to shuttle back and forth from airport and to run personal errands.
350 for line holders. Rates will likely increase slightly after a month or two.
Pm me if your interested.
Thanks.
