Yup, some dude that's worked for Northwest, US Airways, and Embraer. Most regional COO's tend to have been kicked out of better places before, you guys will be fine

Little off topic....but wondering if anyone at compass thinks or may have heard that either shifted or added flying will be brought to LGA? Saw someone mention this about a month ago and wondering if there is any validity to it? Keep hearing that Delta is very unhappy with RAH's reliability out of NY and seems not too far fetched to send some addition flying compass' way

If they are unhappy with RAH's reliability out of NY I can only imagine how unhappy they are with CPZ's reliability out of LAX.

We had 30+ departures a day out of LGA a couple years ago with 0 West coast flying, obviously we've been shifted out West now but this is one crazy industry so who knows where Delta/American wants us short/long term

The difference between RAH and Compass is that Compass isn't canceling flights every day all day like RAH. It's an every day situation where RAH is canceling for lack of crews. Literally every day and it's more than just one flights. Compass sucks D0...that's about it.

RAH had 2000+ cancelations last month alone

Thats why it seems somewhat plausible. Compass is the only other delta connection carrier that flies the 170 and with such a huge demand for the flying out of NY and RAH falling behind on their commitment big time, I wonder if Delta would look Compass' way for more flying. An east coast base would be awesome...coupled with the west coast bases this place would be great

That's all fine and dandy to talk about, but rah owns all their planes. Delta can't just "look at throwing planes at Compass".

i dont mean take RAH planes. i meant compass gets more airplanes from delta perhaps? to either supplement the flying or simply do more? you are right though...probably not happening
