I would expect close to a year and a half. We are taking deliveries of 20 more airframes which means we need about 200 more pilots to fly them. Combine that with about 80 more flows to Delta and that time frame should be correct. Possibly quicker due to unforeseeable attrition.

Occasionally people ask about MSP as a new hire. Many junior FOs still in training got awarded MSP today. The two most junior were hired 6/11/15
