Unfortunately no. Although it may start to even out now that the last flow pilots are leaving and MSP FO's take upgrades, but it'll take a while.

You might spend a month or two in LAX, then get MSP.
Not too bad.
Enjoy the beach for a couple months before going back to MSP

I disagree. The MSP locals are almost all captains by now. Most people hired now have no intention of bidding MSP at all. That's why it's been going to guys before training is over without problem.

Agreed. Most pilots in the MSP area considering Compass are just going over to Endeavor because the pay them $20k in hush money every year for eternal career stagnation.

Have you actually heard of guys leaving Compass to go to Endeavor just for the bonus money? If so then TSH better get their act together. They've been spoiled by how willing people are to come here without ANY monetary incentive besides a fast upgrade. It can't be long until Compass starts offering a bonus (hiring or retaining) of some sort.

I think he meant for those not hired by either yet...not people leaving compass for endeavor

People aren't leaving Compass for Endeavor, but potential new hires that are from MSP or east of the Mississippi are picking Endeavor for the money. It's been cited multiple times when they've called to cancel a spot in class.
